The beaches are less crowded than the Ocean City beaches, and you’ll find a lot of people enjoy walking in Fenwick, especially along scenic Bunting Avenue. In terms of real estate sales, Fenwick Island is quite exclusive simply due to its size and not many condo options, so properties tend to command a higher value in this small beach town.
