Fenwick Island, DE

The Quiet Resort

Welcome to the small beach town of Fenwick Island, DE, mostly comprised of untouched Delaware State Park land. Fenwick is known as a quiet beach town that has some fun small restaurants and shops, all within easy walking distance, plus a water park and marina. For a relaxing beach experience with access to a bathhouse, visit the Fenwick Island State Park, and be sure to bring your four-legged friend with you to play on the beach from October 1st through April 31st! The beaches are less crowded than the Ocean City beaches, and you’ll find a lot of people enjoy walking in Fenwick, especially along scenic Bunting Avenue. In terms of real estate sales, Fenwick Island is quite exclusive simply due to its size and not many condo options, so properties tend to command a higher value in this small beach town.

Testimonials

My wife and I worked with Bethany Frick for over a year looking for that special place to retire. Bethany demonstrated an incredible and tireless effort in providing many choices. But, nothing clicked for us until she found our new home with everything we were wanting. Her professionalism and patience paid off for all of us. I would highly recommend Bethany to anyone looking to move to Southern Delaware.
